Installation
Banter Plugin Hub runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Make sure BanterVR is installed before you start.
- Download the installer from the download section.
- Run
BanterPluginHub-Setup.exeand follow the wizard. - Launch the hub from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.
First run
On first launch the hub scans for your BanterVR installation automatically. If it can't find it, you can set the path manually:
- Open Settings โ BanterVR path.
- Browse to your BanterVR install folder and confirm.
Installing plugins
Open the Library tab to browse available community plugins. Each card shows the rating, install count and a short description.
- Click Install to add a plugin โ it's enabled automatically.
- Toggle the switch to enable or disable a plugin without removing it.
- Click Remove to uninstall and clean up its files.
Updating & profiles
When a plugin has a newer version, an Update badge appears next to it. Click it to update, or use Update all at the top of the Library.
Profiles
Save a set of enabled plugins as a profile and switch between them instantly โ handy for different worlds or performance targets.

Performance panel
The optional Performance Panel plugin shows live FPS, memory and CPU usage as a compact overlay so you can tune your setup while in-app.
Troubleshooting
The hub can't find BanterVR
Set the path manually under Settings, or reinstall BanterVR in its default location.
A plugin fails to load
Disable it, restart the hub, then re-enable it. If it still fails, report it on the Support Center with the log file from %AppData%/BanterHub/logs.
