1. About the hub
Banter Plugin Hub is a free, community-built tool for managing plugins for BanterVR. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BanterVR or its developers.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the hub in compliance with all applicable laws and with BanterVR's own terms.
- Do not use the hub to cheat, harass others, or disrupt services.
- Do not redistribute the hub as your own or misrepresent its origin.
3. Third-party plugins
Plugins are created by independent authors. We do not guarantee their safety, quality or compatibility. You install and use plugins at your own discretion and risk, subject to each plugin's own license.
4. No warranty
The hub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the hub or any plugin.
6. Intellectual property
"BanterVR" and related marks belong to their respective owners. References are for compatibility and identification only and do not imply endorsement.
7. Changes to the hub or terms
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
